If it doesn't suit you and your home, you can simply return it to us.Please provide us with your order number and/or invoice number via email or as a letter in the return (please as a package). We will refund 100% of the purchase price to the payment details used at the time of purchase.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

• Question: What is the pamo. satisfaction promise?
If you and the stair handrail are not a 100% match, you can test it for 100 days and return it. We will refund you the full amount.

• Question: When will my model be available again?
We always try to offer all products again as soon as possible, but if it takes longer, you can send us a short email and we will write you as soon as your model is back in stock.

• Question: Can I combine all products with each other?
Due to the minimalistic design, our tubular furniture can be wonderfully combined with different styles. The dimensions of the staircase banister can also be easily changed by swapping the tubes used.

• Question: What is the return policy?
The stair handrail can be easily returned up to 100 days after purchase. Once it is back in our warehouse, we will automatically refund you the full purchase price.
