We always try to offer all products again as soon as possible, but if it takes longer, you can send us a short e-mail and we will write to you as soon as your model is back in stock.

• Question: What is the return policy?
You can easily return your firewood rack up to 100 days after purchase. As soon as the OTTO indoor log storage is back in stock, we will automatically refund the full purchase price.
