Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. Just like the rest of us, the postal worker needs a break sometimes.

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

Try your pamo. product for 100 days. If it doesn't fit you or your home as expected, you can simply return it.
Please include your order number and/or invoice number in your return shipment, either by email or as a note inside the package. We will refund 100% of the purchase price to the payment method used for the order.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
