If it doesn't suit you and your home, you can simply return it to us.Please provide us with your order number and/or invoice number via email or as a letter in the return (please as a package). We will refund 100% of the purchase price to the payment details used at the time of purchase.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

• Question: What is the pamo satisfaction promise?
If you and your new clothing shelves from pamo are not a 100% match, you can test and return the industrial coat rack for 100 days. We will refund the full amount.

• Question: When will my model be available again?
We try to keep our products available at all times, but if it takes longer to get back in stock, you can send us a short email and we will respond as soon as your model is back in stock.

• Question: Can I combine all products with each other?
The products can be combined with different styles. In addition, you can always expand our wardrobe system with our tubes.

• Question: what is the return policy?
You can return your Industrial Wardrobe up to 100 days after purchase. Once the wardrobe system is back in our warehouse, we will automatically refund you the full purchase price. More details here!
