We will refund 100% of the purchase price to the payment details used at the time of purchase.

• Question: When will my model be available again?
We always try to offer all products again as soon as possible, but if it takes longer, you can send us a short e-mail and we will write to you as soon as your model is back in stock.

• Question: Can I combine all products with each other?
Due to their minimalist design, our tubular furniture can be wonderfully combined with different styles. You can also easily change the dimensions of the modern stair railing by adding wider or narrower tubes.

• Question: How does the return shipping work?
The handrail can be returned up to 100 days after purchase without any problems. As soon as it is back in our warehouse, we will automatically refund the full purchase price.
